I found my dentist! My perfect minimalist dentist. This is exactly what I was looking for. They did not require an initial 2 hr meet your dentist appointment. They recommended but let me opt out of bite wing xrays. My hygienist did a superb job cleaning my teeth and the dentist did not recommend a bunch of unnecessary costly procedures. Just to add to the awesomeness – I scheduled and was seen on the same day. Worth the drive out of Madison.

This office is great! From the minute I walk through the door I’m met with friendly faces and good conversation. Most importantly, Dr. Tauschek is fantastic. After seeing him for years I moved out of state. After seeing other dentists I thought I had become almost impossible to numb. Three different dentists couldn’t fully numb me which resulted in some painful procedures and anxiety at the thought of going in even for a cleaning. Thankfully my family recently moved back to Madison and just in time. I had a loose filling and immediately knew who to call. I was seen by Dr. Tauschek within a couple of days for an evaluation. I discussed with him my numbing issues and he spent a couple of days doing research to be sure it would be a painless process for me. I came in a few days later and he was able to numb me effortlessly and had me in and out within the hour. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest, friendly and all around great dental practice. I’m happy to be back! Thanks again.

If you’ve been remiss in visits or flossing, MG Dental does not shame you. Instead, they encourage to make better habits. Great for kids, too. They encouraged me to bring my daughter in to watch my appointment so it would be so strange when she was ready for her first appointment. The hygienist I see, Stacey, is always great.

I am always please to come to the Maple Grove office because the staff are always pleasant and very professional. Taya is my hygienist and I so enjoy her work and we also have such good conversations about family. Laurie is very pleasant and is a wonderful person who greets all the patients as we come in.
